Corrugated metal as an interior wall
surface was new then. A lot of texture
with natural but simple details was so
effective, the exterior was a simple
California white plank building, very small,
just large enough to accommodate the
wine lab and a few guests. Porthole
windows frame the barrel room views,
opposing the views out to the vineyards
and Napa hills.
